Kevin Phillips was first elected in the 2011 provincial election for the constituency of Melfort.
Kevin has lived in his constituency for nearly 40 years. He worked in business and advertising, including being a partner with the Melfort Journal for over 25 years and sitting on the board of the Canadian Community Newspaper Association. Most recently he was a partner in an automotive dealership and served for five years as mayor of Melfort.
Kevin has been very involved in the Melfort community. He is a past president and life member of the Kinsmen club of Melfort and previously served as a board member and chairman of the then Melfort school division.
Kevin and his wife April together have four children and six grandchildren.
