MLA Disclosure Statements

There are two types of disclosure statements filed each year by members.

The Conflict of Interest Disclosure reports on certain personal and family investments an MLA might hold. This statement is prepared by the Conflict of Interest Commissioner, and released pursuant to The Members' Conflict of Interest Act.

The Members Accountability statement discloses the payments an MLA has made for expenses related to travel and constituency office operations. The report is prepared by the Legislative Assembly Service.

Each disclosure statement is a large PDF document containing all members' statements for that year. The statements are in alphabetical order based on the member's last name.

To find the MLA you are looking for, Adobe Acrobat has a built-in search function. Depending on the version of Acrobat you are using, you can:

- type the member's name into the search box at the top of the page,
- access the search function from the drop-down menu under “Edit”, or
- use Shift+Ctrl+F to commence a search of the document.
