The proceedings of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan are available live, in their entirety, across the province via live video stream, local cable companies, and Sasktel Max. If you miss a live broadcast, video archives of proceedings are available online.  In addition, DVD copies are kept in the Legislative Library until the end of the session. Permanent records are stored and maintained by the Saskatchewan Archives Board.

Looking for a list of television channels that broadcast legislative proceedings? You can find that here. SaskTel Max customers can find our broadcast on channel 20 anywhere in the province.

For those interested in a little Legislative Assembly trivia, live television broadcast of the Saskatchewan legislature began in March 1983.

The Assembly's regular sitting hours:

Monday and Tuesday
1:30 - 10:30 p.m. (recess from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.)

Wednesday
1:30 - 5:00 p.m.
 
Thursday
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.


Television Guidelines

The rules and restrictions developed and approved by Members of the Legislative Assembly regarding camera shot parameters in the Chamber can be found in Appendix 3 (page 41) of the Rules and Procedures of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan.
