JSTOR Journals are always included from volume 1, issue 1. The most recently published issues (past 3-5 years) are not available, though you may be able to access them through a different database. Canadian Parliamentary Historical Resources The Library of Parliament, in collaboration with the Canadian Research Knowledge Network provides this searchable database of digitized federal parliamentary publications from the 1st Session of the 1st Parliament (1867) until coverage at ourcommons.ca and sencanada.ca begins. The available publications are: debates, journals, committee documentation and bills of both the Senate and the House of Commons.
