Canadian Association of Parliamentary Administrators 2026
Welcome to CAPA 2026
We are delighted to welcome you to the annual conference of the Canadian Association of Parliamentary Administration (CAPA). CAPA brings together senior officers from every Canadian Parliament, across key fields, including finance, human resources, administration, information technology, and broadcast.
Founded in 2001, CAPA has grown into a vibrant, collaborative network where members can openly exchange knowledge, share experiences, and explore innovative approaches to jurisdictional challenges.
This year’s theme, “The Sky is the Limit,” draws inspiration from the remarkable open skies of the Canadian prairies. Just as the prairie horizon stretches endlessly, so too do the opportunities before us as we work to strengthen our connections, spark new ideas, and advance our collective expertise.
We look forward to gathering with you from August 17th – 21st, 2026
