On March 20, the 2024-25 Saskatchewan provincial budget was presented in the Assembly.

The complete archived records of Budget Day proceedings, including the budget speech and response, are available in the Assembly records calendar. You can read the full text in the Debates (Hansard), watch the video, or see the condensed version of events in the Minutes (Votes).

The Assembly adopted the budget motion on March 28. The next step in the budget process is for the legislative committees to examine all the estimates in detail. Once the committee review is complete, the estimates will be reported back to the Assembly. If the Assembly adopts the estimates, the amounts are included in the Appropriation Bill, which authorizes the government to spend public money.
