Audit Committee Appointments

Hon. Todd Goudy, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, has appointed the members of the provincial audit committee pursuant to The Provincial Auditor Act.

The audit committee is composed of members with financial and accounting expertise, and they primarily serve to assist the Standing Committee on Public Accounts. The committee may also provide assistance to the Provincial Auditor, the Minister of Finance, the Minister responsible for Crown Corporations, or the Standing Committee on Crown & Central Agencies as requested. 

The audit committee members are:

• Regan Schmidt, Chair
• Danielle Favreau
• Richard Kozachenko
• Jason Majid

These committee members are appointed for the remainder of the current legislature.
