Audit Committee Appointments

In June 2025, Hon. Todd Goudy, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, appointed the members of the provincial audit committee pursuant to The Provincial Auditor Act.

The audit committee is composed of members with financial and accounting expertise, and they primarily serve to assist the Standing Committee on Public Accounts. The committee may also provide assistance to the Provincial Auditor, the Minister of Finance, the Minister responsible for Crown Corporations, or the Standing Committee on Crown & Central Agencies as requested. 

In December 2025, the Speaker appointed an additional member to serve on the audit committee.

The audit committee members are:

• Danielle Favreau
• Richard Kozachenko
• Jason Majid
• Patrick Pitka

These committee members are appointed for the remainder of the current legislature.
